Wrangelnetz
 
The Berlin-based Wrangelnetz, initiated by the cultural centre Schlesische27, is an amalgamation of local institutions working to improve young people's situations through art and artistic projects. Their FORTE project develops a dance and music programme to be performed during a large-scale district street festival.

welcome to abrakadabra
dear friends, letīs start communicate about our projects here in Forte Internetportal. Iīm looking as well forward to see you soon in San Sebastian. Here`s lorenz writing, lorenz from berlin
I want you to tell some basic informations about my project here in berlin, which I finished last week
the project abrakadabra is a videoclip with fourteen youngsters developed in august 2005 at schlesische 27, berlin, germany
the youngsters have been from different culturals, from different social classes and different parts of berlin
young people, who would not talk to each other on street, were suddenly asked  to work together
during the project the youngsters came in touch with song compostion, tasks of choreographie and camera acting
at the beginning I saw some problems of communication in the group,  there were running games around , normal isnīt it ?games about importance and leading, of course,  but after some dance classes and practices of  sensing to the body and to the group, a new energy of power and creativity came up and everybody has been catched from the magic of abrakadabra
during the process we even created a making of
