Babilonas
 
The Youth Centre Babilonas, based in the Lithuanian capital of Vilnius since 1993, organises youth projects combining the arts with educational objectives. Its FORTE project will extend two of its general activities, the "Labyrinth of Weeks of Art" and the "Forum Theatre", and also work with teachers.

over view of situation in Lithuania

hello forte people,

this message will be short summary what we are doing here in cold Vilnius, it is still snowing a lot....

Right now the renovation of our new place is going to the end, we alredy are able to see how it will look in the end, that gives us a realy worm fealing inside and motivation to work further on.

This week there is no group in Babilonas, because of the day of independance, for those who dont now it is on the 16th of February. the working week will be 2 days shorter....

We realy now are in the dedline rush, because we are applying for funding, to be able to work full capacity in the year 2006.
